   As some of you have may noticed I have moved onto the Yo It's Spicy team and will not be posted any more items on here and will not in the future to my knowledge. The Neurax Worm is the first or second most powerful plague in the game next to the Necroa Virus. The Trojan Plane ability allows you to evolve your plague without a major worry of it being noticed. The major advantage of this is if the ports shut down you can simply send a trojan plane to infect the country making this ability very helpful and a great tool to your arsenal on mega-brutal for the Neurax Worm. In case you are wondering the scenario Mirror Earth is simply the Plague Inc map in “reverse” as countries such as the USA become the easiest to infect and countries such as Greenland become very hot. I would like to add that at the beginning spread the trojan planes to the island countries such as Greenland and Madagascar as this will speed up the infection on the islands which always seem to take the longest out of all the countries and areas. Once all countries are infected still spread the trojan planes to countries that are not totally infected yet. This speeds up the infection rate and gives you DNA points also. I would also before we begin remind to have all of your gene upgrades I tell you to be unlocked as these are very important for the strategy guide. This guide was inspired by Yo It’s Spicy’s Neurax Worm Mega-Brutal guide but I did make some minor and moderate adjustments as the countries strengths and weaknesses have changed in this scenario.

I would like you to evolve these before you click on the United States as this will decrease the time up to end. I would highly recommend starting in the United States in this due to it’s moderately large population and the United States 1 airport and 1 seaport which makes this a great place to start out in the Mirror Earth Scenario.

At this point your plague should be starting to spread like wildfire and start to expand to other places of the globe.

You will have to evolve these as I explained above as your plague expands to the world we will have to evolve Drug Resistance I, Cold Resistance I, and Heat Resistance I. While this is not necessary this will be a big help if you are trying to get 3 biohazards at the end and it doesn’t cost too much DNA so I would highly recommend you evolving it.

Evolve Air III

At this point we are ending on transmission upgrades and moving on to the abilities again.

Again this will help the Neurax Worm spread to difficult enviromments.

At this point cure research should grind to a halt and you should just about be winning the game.

Evolve Coma (If Possible)

Evolve Genetic Reshuffle I (If Possible)

Evolve Genetic Reshuffle III (If Possible)

I would evolve as many of these symptoms as you can. Do not worry if you can not get all of them as most of them will just cement your 3 biohazards if anything so do not worry if you miss 2-4 of them.

This should win you the game with 3 biohazards on Mega-Brutal.
